I spent the first part of my career as a psychotherapist. In the last decade I have held Transformation Director and HR Director roles and worked as a Non-Executive Director and consultant across a range of companies from FTSE 100s to high-growth startups.

SharkNinja (2025–26) Designed the go-to-market organisation for EMEA, covering marketing, sales, and channel strategy.

Aggreko(2025) Redesigned the sales operating model and designed a psychometric to assess the sales skills that predict performance

WPP (2022–24) Designed a new group technology operating model for a workforce of 100,000 employees and built offshore global engineering centres.

Iris Worldwide (2020–22) Led culture change and transformation across the agency, including a D&I programme embedded through to the creative product.
